Our capabilities
Next to our drone business we also have a unique 3D-print service located in the Netherlands. As most printservices don’t do, we offer full customisation by the customer. You can choose what filament we need to use to what wall-thickness we need to print with. Everything is up to you, but don’t worry, if you don’t want to go through the process of changing every spec. We can also assign one of our professionals to create a flawless model for you.
Engineering
We engineer your ideas into flawless 3D-models, these can then be produced using one of our production methods. Perfect for customers who know what they want, but don’t know how to make a 3D-file of it. For this service we recommend to take contact with us via whatsapp, whatsapp has a better ease of use then other methods.

SLA is a high strength method to 3D-print. It can reach a layerheight of 0.02 mm, these layers are almost non-visible to the human eye. It uses resin that cures by UV light, this results in an almost perfectly printed model. Compared to FDM this is better looking but more expensive to make.
FDM-printing
FDM-printing is a fast and relatively cheap way to print products. It can print at a layer height of 0.1mm, this reaches high quality prints, but with visible layers. This method is perfect for prototypes or budget models where looks are not the first priority
Injection molding
Injection molding is perfect for models where every detail counts. It is a solid part, this makes it able to handle high strengths. Also, almost every plastic is compatible with this method, so you’re free to pick whatever material you need. The material is melted and then shot into a mold under high pressure.
Prototype printing
We can print high quality prototypes, this way you can testfit designs before you get them made in large quantity. These prints are also great if you need steel parts but want to test them first so no steel gets sacrificed if any errors occur.
Injection molding
For higher quality products that need to resist higher amounts of strength, we recommend our injecton molding service.
Batch printing
We print higher amount batches to. We can deliver up to 2kg of plastic parts per week. As reference, the parts in the picture are 150g.
Personalised products
This is one of the many examples of a great product we produced. This one in particular is a vacuüm attachment for a wood milling machine. It is FDM printed with ABS Plus, a great option when the external finish is not the highest priority
Small details
Our production methods make it possible to go into small details or add your own company name and product number on the products. This is a good way to represent your company and keep the administration of products organised.
